Q: What's the title of the script you entered in this contest, and what's it about?

A: Voyeur and Intrinsic Value both placed as short screenplay official selection finalists. Voyeur showcases the descent of a peeping tom into madness and murder; Intrinsic Value explores the frightening consequences of genetic discrimination.

Q: What made you enter this particular contest? Have you entered any other contests with this script? If so, how did you do?

A: Queens accepted short screenplays for consideration. Voyeur placed 9th of the top 10 in the American Gem short screenplay competition and has also placed as a semifinalist in the WriteMovies.com competition. Intrinsic Value is a newer project so I'm concentrating on submitting that to competitions.

Q: Were you satisfied with the adminstration of the contest? Did they meet their deadlines? Did you receive all the awards that were promised?

A: My experience with Queens was very good.

Q: Were you given any feedback on your script? If so, did you find the feedback helpful?

A: No feedback given in these instances.

Q: Has your success in this contest helped you market your script? Were you contacted by any agents, managers or producers?

A: Voyeur in particular has elicited a lot of interest.

Q: What's your background? Have you written any other screenplays or television scripts?

A: I've been writing since childhood and have several published books. Screenwriting is a more recent venture but one that I'm really getting hooked on.

Q: Do you live in Los Angeles? If not, do you have any plans to move there?

A: I am a resident of L.A.
